McNeil House
Culinary Classes
In the heart of Kleinburg, Ontario, McNeil House is a picturesque historic 175 year old farmhouse which was so special that it was moved from Rutherford Road 20 years ago to avoid demolition.
A landmark in the village, this unique property has been converted into a haven of hospitality by Geri Harper. It features a cooking school in a breathtaking demonstration kitchen.
Geri has traveled, lived and catered around the world for three decades. As a business owner, she has provided high end catering services and hospitality events to diplomats, visiting dignitaries and wealthy entrepreneurs around the world, including South America, the Middle East, Europe and Canada.
An expert in creating fabulous dishes from great but simple ingredients, and a master of presentation and garnishes, Geri will lead you through the maze of intimate dinners for two, mega events, comfort foods and feel-good parties with friends. Whatever you have found challenging or impossible in the past, Geri will remove the mystery and show you amazing tricks to get the job done fast and produce spectacular dishes like never before. She also instructs on floral designs that will complement any culinary event.
McNeil House Culinary Classes present an ideal way to get together with a common interest group, learn how to cook like a chef, and sample amazing food. It's fun!
