Kleinburg Nashville Historical Collection
The Kleinburg Nashville Historical Collection (KNHC), housed in the historic Kline House at the corner of Islington Ave. and Nashville Rd., is a community based collection of photographs and artifacts from our past. Currently maintained by the Kleinburg Old Boys, the collection continues to grow through community involvement. The Kline House is open weekends throughout the summer, and during special events.
The Collection officially opened on the May 24th weekend, 2003. Scott Somerville was event master of ceremonies, and Pierre Berton officially declared the opening. Scott was presented with a beautifully bench, carved by master craftsman and local hero David Eadie, by the Kleinburg Old Boys in recognition of his contribution over the years.
"Citizens of Kleinburg and the various organizations who helped us create and save and preserve and make an ornament of this wonderful heritage building, I declare the new heritage collection open "
